Our strength lies in continuous competence development, branch breadth and ability to reuse newly-won experience with wisdom already attained.
As a path in our continuous ambition towards improvement, we engage all our work colleagues in competence development and regularly check on the levels of the individuals. This is in order to make a careful assessment of those areas of competence we must strengthen and improve ourselves within.
